Have used it for ~3 months. One day i logged in and all my progress had been lost. Now at least once a week all my points are cleared out. Trying to link the app to AIA Vitality just opens the App Store.. this used to work, but doesnt any moreThere is noone to contact about these issues. If youre trying to earn Vitality points get the Insight Timer app. Moodflx is only going to frustrate you
Confusing and bad at describing emotions

I’ve been using How We Feel for a while which has amazingly detailed ways you can describe your emotions in a beautiful UI.Now my health insurance AIA is forcing me to use moodflx and it’s frustrating. The emotional vocabulary is 10x smaller, doesn’t come with any descriptions and the correlations it tries to draw between other life factors like daily steps makes little sense to me in its current interface.It’s also hard to navigate between different parts of the app.
App keeps failin and deleting points

App keeps crashing. Not good when they have partnered with my health insurance. Points keep disappearing and very frustrating when trying to log a mood and app doesn’t work at all for days on end. Gotta get their game up or get out of the business of being partnered with oyr health insurance company
Points don’t get allocated or vanishes after 300
Missing points….
One of the worst App I have ever used. It looks like developers have struck a deal with some key companies and now not bothered to fix the issues. Any points accumulated vanishes after 300 and this way you can’t claim any benefits. This has happened with me at least three times in last one year. And now points don’t even show up…
