3. Payment: After the user confirms the purchase and pays, it will be credited to the iTunes account
4. Cancel Renewal: To cancel the renewal, please do so within 24 hours of the current subscription expiration

I bought the Petlibro automatic cat feeder, and my furbaby absolutely loves hearing the sound of the food coming out of it. However, there are days when the app doesn’t work properly. Sometimes, when I’m at work, I can’t feed my cat on time because of the app. Please fix the app because I really enjoy using my Petlibro feeder and would love for it to be more reliable.

Unfortunately almost everytime I go into the app it isn’t working keeps saying request times out. My device isn’t even available to view so I can’t change any settings or monitor anything. Very disappointing considering the price the device was

I've paid for the feeding device and now at every opportunity, the app displays a pop up to subscribe to a care program which I have zero interest in. I haven't been able to add a feeding schedule as this just keeps displaying. Greedy and I will be returning it.
