It is a tough pill to swallow with the amount of bloat and ads in this app, ESPECIALLY so even when the bloat and ads remain after subscribing to premium. You can hide the ads, but with how far the settings are buried to turn them off, you wouldn’t know they could be disabled. I would rate this 0/5 if I could. It would go a long way in the way of good will if Nicegram had one button to turn off all the nonsense ads and bloat after subscribing to premium. If that was a feature, I would be rating this app 5/5 for the features set. But it isn’t, and I’m not. 0/5 for me until they treat their paying customers with respect.Edit in response to response: It is not commentary. It is a review. And no, I do not understand, in any way shape or form, how a development team can treat their premium users like this. It’s pathetic. If you’re charging so little for Nicegram premium that, in order to “sustain growth”, you feel you need to shove ads down your premium subscribers’ throats, that’s your problem and no one else’s. There is no reason you can’t fix this and change your tactics. Until then, you’re keeping your 1/5PS. Stop trying to get people to email you or message you directly in lieu of leaving their honest review - it’s disingenuous
Good day, Thank you for the commentary! The Nicegram app has unique features that were and will be implemented. The team also holds interesting events with the partners. In order to share this information it is necessary to show advertisements. They help the product evolve and grow. Thank you for understanding! If you have any other notes please share them in the chat @nicegram_support_manager. Best regards,Appvillis Team!
