Doesn’t request camera permission

MCC Member
App requires upload of drivers license and a selfie to verify ID, but doesn’t request permission to use Camera. Unable to grant camera permission from Settings -> Privacy as MCC doesn’t appear on the list.Fix this bug as making interstate members go into a Post Office due to not accepting email ID isn’t appropriate.

Unable to grant camera permission from Settings -> Privacy as MCC doesn’t appear on the list.Fix this bug as making interstate members go into a Post Office due to not accepting email ID isn’t appropriate.

Love the app so far! It’s so convenient! Just some small things - I would love the MCC+ card to be available in Apple Wallet. I know it can only be used at the MCG, but it would be so convenient seeing as the membership card is on the app, but you still need to carry the physical card in order to use the MCC+ card. Would love both the membership card and + card on Apple Wallet, but mostly MCC+. Thanks!

The Club launched the ability to add your MCC Plus card to your Apple and/or Google Wallet in December 2022, it wasn't able to be included at the same time as the MCC app launch unfortunately but is available now for you to use. I've looked into it and the provider of the prepaid eftpos cards that the MCC uses does support Apple wallet, but it has not been implemented. The membership card should be on Apple wallet too, much easier to use. Other app functionally works well, but the mcc plus top up page loading a webpage is quite clunky.

On the app, I have signed in to both my MCC and Ticketek. After clicking “Book Now” within an event, I am taken to the Ticketek site to enter my MCC barcode. This is ridiculous given that I am trying to buy tickets from within the MCC app where I have already signed in. I also cannot find an easy way to copy my barcode from within the app. Feels like basic functionality is missing. If it sounds like I’m doing something wrong, please let me know. Thanks.

This version of the MCC app includes several enhancements: • When updating your address, where a change affects your membership category, the app will present you with steps to verify your address. • Provisional Members accepting a membership offer can now sign up to FlexiPay, making it easier to manage payments from day one. • This release also includes bug fixes, technical updates, and other general enhancements.
