I have been shopping with Temu on and off for a few years now and l have not once been unhappy with the products l have purchased. All of my products have arrived in great time and in great condition (packaging as well). You hear some horror stories of people who thought they had ordered what they wanted, but ended up getting their product/s in another produced way eg: door wreaths….. the purchasers bought a wreath for the door only to find that they got their wreath, but it was printed on long fabric with a printed door also. You ‘must’!!!! read the product description carefully and scroll down to more details that include what that particular product is made of….. also take note on the measurements so that you know roughly what size your intended purchase is. I think that too many people see the photos that the seller puts up and after seeing the price, they add it to cart and then purchase it. To avoid disappointment, please, please read ‘all’ of the information that’s provided and if there are reviews, especially ones that have photos, read what that customer had to say….. After saying all of this, again, l personally have not been disappointed. Temu may have cheap products, but for the products l have bought, the quality has been fantastic! Ness, Australia.

Temu run an amazingly good businesses. They rarely if ever make mistakes and are quick to compensate with a credit and a sincere apology if they do. The returns policy is very good, and credits are refunded in a few minutes for most items. I have bought a lot from Temu and have learned that not all sellers are the same with their honesty and pics of their products. It is on the buyer to read the description carefully and always check the measurements. It can be misleading at times. The web site is brilliant. I often put lots in my cart then remove them later and switch things around. The web sight can handle all of the changes. In fact it is probably the best and most accurate one I have ever seen. I enjoy some of the promotion games, especially the calendar one as I am on here every day anyway. There are some I don’t like as they want you to spent too much to get the prize you could have bought in the beginning. I have rated 4 stars because of all the plastic they use. We are in crisis with plastic globally and need to move to more cardboard and paper. Sometimes the items a slightly crushed due to shipping. If they were in boxes this could be avoided. I am quite sure packing would be easier for all. Keep up the great work Temu, delivery times are very good and $5 credit if there is a delay, which sometimes happens as some things are coming from China. I am a happy customer from Australia. I love receiving my parcels because I usually can’t remember what I purchased three weeks ago. It’s like Xmas each time.

I love Temu, I have made many purchases and got to say I’m overall happy with the service and delivery of goods.To buy goods if people are like me they want to see reviews. I’m absolutely frustrated with writing reviews at the moment and I now understand why some reviews seem bogus. For example if I try to review items in a single purchase which I’ve been doing before writing the review after I finish one review it automatically Skips to an item I haven’t used yet. I have to cancel out of reviews to go back into review another item, but each time the app tries to force me to review the item I’m not ready to review yet. If I choose to review ALL items in a purchase it doesn’t let me choose not to review a couple which I may not be ready to review. I don’t want to give bogus reviews but often I see items getting 5 Stars without even a simple review. I will try and write detailed reviews for items that warrant a better understanding but few people take the time to do this and I wonder if it is because the app just makes your life easier to review the whole purchase and just leave blank 5 star reviews than actually spend time and choose the items to review. Please consider fixing this and making it easier.Service with Temu is also good if you purchase items that don’t work or need returning they are great, I definitely can’t complain about that.

Have made many purchases from TEMU over the past 1-2 years, almost all of which have gone well. Products are usually of acceptable quality, inexpensive and delivered promptly. I have stopped using eBay now as TEMU has advantages in price, delivery time, customer relations, tracking and return policy. TEMU also has a broader range of products. Recommended for small, inexpensive items but be very careful with clothing the quality of which is below that of major western countries. It is common practice to photoshop advertisements but if you find a significant difference you are guaranteed to be able to get a refund, easily and instantly if you accept a TEMU credit. The biggest disappointment I have is in respect to coupons and some other discounts and giveaways which arrive daily. They are misleading and are at odds with the overall integrity of this site. The system to access them is restrictive and cumbersome, for me at least and ALWAYS asks you to spend more money to access the “free” gifts. The savvy TEMU buyer will load up their cart then wait for the prices on some if the items to drop to a level that is too good to pass up. It would make TEMU close to perfect if they could simply reward past purchases with free gifts. That doesn’t matter too much as the prices are usually super low anyway. I recommend buying in small batches that meet free delivery requirements until you become familiar with the tricks and opportunities TEMU provides. And be prepared for some disappointments with items that don’t match your expectations because you didn’t read all of the advertisement, the fine print, or the size/look of the item was simply photoshopped.
