* Moved reload button to top toolbar to give more space to the bottom toolbar in ios26. This also fixes an issue when using zoomed mode the reload and national map buttons are not visible.

* Chasing the issue of it not loading after 2 mins of being in the background when load closest radar is set. I think I have it now. * App will now continue where you were when you go back unless it's force quit. Seems the code I was using to reset the app doesn't like ios26.

BOM updated their website and removed all the data files the app was using. Have found a seperate source, but unsure how much longer this app will keep working. I'm trying to reach out to BOM now to see if there is any solutions to keep it functional.

It's been a long time between releases! This release is mostly to clean up some iOS11 issues and update some external libraries. More updates to come. Things that have been fixed: * When rotating, the radar image correctly centres in the new orientation instead of being offset incorrectly. * Cleaned the progress bars and hopefully fixed an issue with the progress bar not going away. * Fixed a weird crash where if the radar you open is down, and you go out and back into the radar, the app would crash.
