Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. From the very first message, the communication was clear, friendly, and professional. I felt comfortable straight away and really appreciated how easy everything was to organise. Nothing felt rushed, and I was kept informed the entire time, which made the whole experience stress-free.What really stood out to me was how genuine and approachable they were. WhatsApp is nice but there’s a few features missing

Hi don’t get me wrong I love WhatsApp it’s so easy and convenient to use. But there’s are some things that could be better. One thing that come to mind for me is that you could add a share all chat history option onto group chats. For example the other day, I wanted to add a new member to my friendship group chat, sharing all the chat history so that the new member would always know what was going on. But when I tried to do that, I just added the member in. No chat history shared. I tried changing this in settings, asked meta ai for help, but nothing proved useful. I even removed the new member from the group chat multiple times, trying to find out how to share the chat history. I couldn’t and this is the one thing that really makes WhatsApp not good for me. Another bummer for me is meta ai. It’s not quite as accurate or easy to understand with its instructions as I would like it to be, but that’s not too big of an issue, so I understand if fixing this is not an option at the momentOtherwise I love it so much it’s an amazing app and doesn’t use much data to use, so you can use it anywhere, even if you have weak signal. Good job Meta group, and keep it up!!! ☺️☺️

Hi WhatsApp,This app is really great, I use it everyday and is exactly what I need! It is a basic app for messaging, but with so many advanced features! However, I think a really good improvement for this app would be to have information on photos you send. So if you click on your photo either on a chat or status, you can find out who saved or took a screenshot of it. This would be very beneficial for many users, and enhance the app even more! One more thing that would be great to be able to do is delete photos, even if everyone has viewed it. Every person I’ve talked to wants this feature, and it would be helpful for personal, non business related chats. So once everyone has viewed it, you could still go back and delete it before more people save it. I would love to see these as an addition for WhatsApp, as it is such a great app! Thanks for your time!
