Always wondered why I went home after work agitated…..it was because I was listening every other radio station that just yell at u all day and laugh between themselves with private jokes……switched to smooth and smooth relax…..Bogart,Simon,Cam even Ross all the DJ,s (sorry for old reference)I go home chilled……my wife puts it on at home now….guess she likes me more relaxed…..I listen via the app anywhere anytime now…..thanx so much Smooth team…..Kind regards Pete Lipski

Keeps dropping out

I use maps on my phone and since your last update the Smooth app drops out all the time. If you leave the car and take the phone, which you do a lot lately because of QR codes, the app doesn’t automatically pick up again. You have to get in the app and press play. Frustrating. Smooth is my preferred radio but seriously. Just writing this it has come and gone four times. I now have an iPhone 11, however the same issue happened with my iPhone 8. It was after one of your updates. I drive for community transport. Toyota Corollas. Various cars. Same issue in all cars. I can be driving along and Smooth drops out and does not come back until you go back into the app. It also happens if I get a phone call. Does not start up again once call finished.

Love SmoothFM and love the app. Can you please please please improve the streaming bandwidth? Sound quality isn’t as good as it could -and should- be. Please! Other than that, awesome!
Very irritating that they have updated the app so I can no longer mute

There were already SO many ads on this radio station that I found myself muting in the mornings for 6-7mins before the hour and half hour to avoid the ads. The recent update to the app no longer allows me to mute the app any more without it shutting down the station and then I have to listen to yet another ad just for the privilege of turning on the radio station again. I will no longer be listening to smooth. Very greedy of them to force people to listen to so many ads.
