We were using Magento. It was old , clunky and very limiting. We took the big jump over to Shopify and I’m angry with myself for not doing it sooner. Shopify is very flexible. They have amazing support and even a monkey who knows nothing about building a website could use it. The apps are easy to instal and the reporting and analytics are easy to read and give you great feedback on how your site is doing compared to other sites. Shopify shows us where in the world people are looking at our website , we never knew we had such a large audience on the US , hence we are looking to expand there . If you want growth then Shopify will get you there . Oh and did I mention how low cost their monthly base rates are.Get serious , get Shopify !

UPDATE - for those reading the ‘response’ from Shopify below is simply a link taking you to submit an email!!!! Such a joke. Don’t be fooled by them, they DO NOT reach out to help you at all, ever, period. Fora all your sanity use Wix or similar This app has one again deleted all our shopping options costing us thousands of $$ overnight. They will no doubt reply to this review with a generic response about being sorry and to reach out with feedback. That is about all the support you will ever see from them so take that response as proof they have no interest in actually fixing problems. They don’t care as long as they ‘look’ like they are doing something. They have no phone contact and the chat bots are utterly useless. We now have scores of messages from customers asking why we no longer ship to their country and they’re doing nothing to fix it except ‘escalate it’ . We ship worldwide and was working absolutely fine when we went to bed only to wake up to this. I beg you all to use a different platform as once this one crashes (and it 100% will) you do not have any options to fix it. Costing thousands or more

If you are reading this review, you might think of starting a online store , and do business with this app and dream of becoming a millionaire, TRUST ME I HAD THE SAME DREAM , that was DESTROYED . I am not joking , they don’t even explain you how to start and set up your store and get your first sale . AND ON TOP OF THAT IF TOU WANT TO CANCEL THEIR SUBSCRIPTION, there is not even an option to directly cancel it , I tried to de activate my store , even unsubscribing to their subscription, which I thought will stop them to charge me , but no they just keep charging even if you deactivated your store and delete the app , 😡🤬 DISGUSTING APP SHAME ON SHOPIFY . But if you want to do it anyway , then Good luck with that 🫡 But don’t expect good results, don’t provide your card details, trust me , DO NOT DO IT .Yeah that is right that it is my responsibility to cancel the subscription and deactivate the store , but that’s the problem, there is not a straight way to cancel the subscription , whenever I go to help and type cancel subscription,There is not any kind of option like , if you click it and the subscription is cancelled. That’s it.If you can cancel it , it would be a great help.Thank you

Linkpop section still not 'in-app'.

As reported here for the previous version (unchanged in this version, sadly), the Linkpop section is still not self contained. It takes the user out of the app. Please fix that. Ironically, the Linkpop promo card on the title screen DOES keep the user within the Shopify app (If anything, one might expect these disparate behaviours to be the other way 'round)! For the next update, please ensure that the user - who is already logged in with their Shopify account - can adjust Linkpop (already logged in) inside this app in the 'Linkpop' sales channel section, just like the 'Shop' sales channel section and the 'online store' sales channel section. Thanks, team. Excellent app otherwise. 4+ Stars!PS: To Apple: Why do my reviews NEVER show up on this Apple app store? Even the allegedly 'most recent' reviews are days, weeks or MONTHS older than mine!
