Easy to follow, cute graphics and notifications- while to use this app to prompt tweens or teens in my family group to keep building regular breathing techniques to help reduce their anxiety, stress and build their emotional regulation with a little more autonomy. Added bonus of helping parents too!! On a few trial right now, will update if it works!! I have continued with Waterllama and love it so time to give this one a go too…

you probably think this review is just an ordinary review saying how amazing this app is and nonsense ect… but, this app is one of the best apps i’ve ever used!! i love the sounds, characters and especially love the sleep system they have with the timer and off screen capable sounds. This app has been a saviour to my children and even me when i have been stressed or been unable to sleep. it’s great and simple. One thing that is annoying the the payment for extra characters and noises to sleep with. this is not much of a problem as most of the app dosent need all the extra stuff but it would be neat without it coasting so much. overall LOVE THIS APP, great job creators 💗

The style of the app is adorable and I think the app features are actually pretty good and can be helpful and I would 100% recommend this to people who struggle with things like anxiety to help them when having panic attacks and stuff.
