The struggle of my adult life has been trying to reduce my screen time. Finally I think this is the app to achieve it. For the first time ever now when I unlock my phone I’m forced to make a conscious decision about if I did that consciously, and many times I realise the answer is no. I can feel my habits changing already. It’s also very well explained within the app as to how to set things up. I highly recommend it.

This app has not only been amazing at helping reduce unnecessary screen time, the refined style and methods for Home Screen customisation have made my phone so much easier to use. The app runs very efficiently and the developer clearly listens to all user feedback, even responding to my own questions within the same day. Very impressed all round. Just a great app. I wanted a way to make my phone less interesting and this has totally worked. My screen time plummeted and I’m livin that no social media life too.Been using this for 3 or 4 months now and probably gonna spring for the all time license. Can’t wait to see what happens with this app as apple makes IOS more and more configurable.Would recommend
