this app has been the biggest game changer for my progress, the meal planning the programs everything is absolutely amazing and has helped me stay consistent and motivated in the gym ! I could not recommend this app enough for anyone starting out in the gym or even someone who has been going for ages !!

Honestly this app isn’t worth the $25 per month. There’s no flexibility in creating your own workout split from the individual workouts provided, there’s no option to create your own program, and you can’t swap rest days for any workout you want and can only swap them from 1-2 workouts given. For the recipes, there’s no brands mentioned for the ingredients, so macros and calories would differ when you make it yourself as you would probably be using a different brand from what they used when creating the recipe. I joined the bikini method challenge and it wouldn’t let me switch around the days that I wanted to rest / the days I wanted to workout, I thought it was a glitch so I left the challenge and now the challenge is closed so it won’t allow me back in. The app is alright for a beginner in the gym, however there are better apps out there.

Personally I just feel there’s a massive lack in workouts, there’s no real customisation, I think an option to make your own splits would be great. I understand she’s known for her lower body workout but I’m a little upset by the lack of upper workouts specifically in the back region I personally just didn’t feel it was worth $25 a month. Would be great for helping someone start up but definitely wouldn’t recommend for people who have a bit more gym experience

It delivers a fresh approach to movement. The workouts are thoughtfully designed, easy to follow, and actually enjoyable. The app feels elevated but still accessible, perfect for anyone looking to build consistency without burnout. Highly recommend.
