You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase. Canceling your subscription will stop future charges, but you’ll retain access until the end of the current billing period.

I have a hard time with open-ended tasks, the fact that the lessons are pre-structured and the daily wellbeing content just shows up means I don't have to decide anything, I just do the thing. added two personal habits on top. The cat celebrating small wins is doing something real for my brain.

Lessons are short enough to finish during coffee breaks, which makes them easy to keep up with. There's no long reading or overload, and the pacing feels realistic. I wish there was a bit more variety on certain topics, but overall they fit well into a busy day.

My friend sent this to me because of the cat and I stayed for the actual functionality. The way custom habits and the preset lesson tracks coexist without feeling messy is good UX. I'm on the wellbeing path right now, halfway through, and the content doesn't feel vague.
