AusTax AI is NOT a registered tax agent under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. All AI output is general information only and does not constitute tax advice. Currently, you can use our reports to lodge yourself via ATO myTax. Once our registered Tax Agent service launches (Coming Soon), tax returns will be reviewed and lodged by a TPB-registered tax agent.
PRIVACY YOU CAN SEE
We never share your TFN with AI providers. TFN is encrypted at rest and only decrypted by our registered Tax Agent at lodgement time. Receipts stay in private cloud storage (Sydney region) — no public links, ever.
