Gigtea is a live-music discovery app for people who love local gigs but don’t want to spend their lives digging through social media to find them.
Finding what's on shouldn’t mean wading past world news, algorithm bait, AI slop and cat videos just to work out your Friday night.
That’s why we built Gigtea: a app based gig guide for Sydney’s live-music scene. It's like a bulletin board shaped to your taste.

With Gigtea, you can:

The gigs on Gigtea are maintained by our team and verified artists, venues and promoters. That means clearer information for punters, less promotional busywork for artists and a better chance of the right people finding the right shows.

No personal login is required. Open the app, tell us what you’re into and start finding gigs.

A flame on the gigs people are actually saving — the top 10% by likes and saves.
Pick your night. THIS WEEK, THU, FRI, SAT, SUN or ALL, on the feed and the map. The map filters have a calendar for a specific date.
Hold any photo to see the full poster. Now on Android too.
Add photos to a gig from your camera roll or your profile — on the event page or when you post it.
Posting is quicker: a plus button in the bar, a panelled form, name and date first, and a link per act is no longer required.
Artists tab: TRENDING and ALL TIME, plus Spotify and Apple Music filters.
Gig wallet: the acts you follow that have a show coming up sit first.
Faster launch, follower counts, and honest map counts that match the filters you've set.
Heavy users get asked for feedback once, and can rate the app from there.
