Tree full of lemons? Going away with a full fridge? Post it, and someone nearby can come and collect it. Everything on Palo is free — nothing is bought or sold. HOW IT WORKS 1. Post what you're not going to eat, with a photo and a pickup time. 2. A neighbour nearby asks for it. 3. You chat, arrange a pickup, and hand it over. VERY LOCAL You only see food within about 5 km. Palo is for the street you live on, not the city you live in. PRIVATE BY DESIGN We ask for your street name — never your house number. Listings show only an approximate area, and your exact pickup address is shared by you, in chat, once you've agreed to meet. WHERE IT WORKS Palo is currently open in select Brisbane suburbs. If you're outside the area, you can register your interest and we'll let you know when we reach you. WHO IT'S FOR Anyone 18 or over who hates seeing good food go to waste, and wouldn't mind knowing their neighbours a little better. Everyone has a place.
