Herb's Pizza 4+

First issue in years of using - otherwise good

Reporting via review as only method I could find and recommended by Herbs Pizza staff when enquired via phone.

Placed an order tonight using ‘previous orders’ as have done so multiple times. However on this occasion my pizzas which I have ingredients removed have been added. Designated normally with a ‘-‘ symbol these ingredients all had ‘+’ symbols instead.

When enquired via phone the staff had the correct order of removed ingredients. The issue is the app is showing removed symbols as added causing a lot of confusion (have screenshot but cannot attach/send)

BEWARE

This app places an order without being confirmed by the user, debits your account and then the store operator blames user error, will not cancel or refund. Dishonest company with a very convenient “bug” in their app that seems to work very well in their favour!

Don’t bother

I have tried this app a few times and constantly get sent back to the set my store page and nothing else works.
