Slower Search, Missing Items

Since the latest update, searching for items on the BWS app has become noticeably slower. It often takes several seconds for results to appear, which can be frustrating when trying to quickly find a specific product.Additionally, there have been instances where items I know are in stock simply don't appear in the search results. This is particularly annoying when I'm trying to purchase a particular brand or variety.I hope these issues can be addressed in a future update to improve the overall user experience.

Since the latest update, searching for items on the BWS app has become noticeably slower. My order never arrived

I made an order for delivery under 40mins at 5:41pm. Sent a text with link to track my order for delivery at 6:20pm . Was tracking the order and driver but before 6:20 my order was no longer traceable. Kept checking the map and the ETA time kept changing to 10mins ahead of whatever the time was. There was no updates from BWS about the status of my order. I tried calling the 1300 contact support phone number but it was after hours. At 6:50 pm my order was cancelled on the tracking link, but I was never notified my text or email by BWS ! I have NO idea whether I have been given a refund or not! At 8:23 tonight I received an email from BWS saying that my order had been placed and was awaiting to be picked up by a driver and delivered at 6:20🤔😡. I have to try calling support to get a refund tomorrow I guess , but the whole experience is SO DISAPPOINTING.

That truly is a disappointing experience and genuinely sorry to hear about it. I'm hoping that you were able to get onto the customer service number and that they were able to successfully refund the your order. If I had to guess, I would think that someone sent out the wrong order from the store. Thanks for taking the time to leave the review

Everytime I try to add anything to my cart it says “something went wrong”. I can’t even view my cart as I get the same pop up. I tried using the “BWS Bot” and everytime I said the app didn’t work it would reply with “Thanks!”. I then asked to speak to contact a human and it replied with “I’m sorry you feel that way. I like to think I’m an acquired taste.” WTAF ??!! Was this app designed by 13 year old boys ? It can’t be that hard to contact a big company about their poorly designed app, and to get weird messages like that. So unhelpful. As someone that works for Endeavour Group, if everyone else’s experience is like mine I could not recommend this app less. Fix your disgusting robot and at least have a phone number or email to contact to get my account and your app sorted.

This is my favourite wine. It is the only wine I drink. Unfortunately it is not well known and appreciated. It has a deep flavour that you don’t find in the Roses etc. I live in Darwin and BWS is the only outlet to sell it. Unfortunately they are discontinuing it and this has left me disappointed. I am 71 and this is my treat. I cannot drink more than a bottle a night so the sales are not high enough unless I turn into an alcoholic. Twenty four bottles a month is the best I can do. Please reconsider your decision. A lot of those Roses don’t sell much either but you don’t get rid of them. Please keep my wine in stock.

This is my favourite wine. It is the only wine I drink. Unfortunately it is not well known and appreciated.
