Great App

Really love the app, it makes click and collects super easy to organises. 100 days of summer is a great promotion however I found that last year we had so many prices (like I almost never didn’t get anything) were as this year I’ve won 2 things. Bit of a bummer. I also find the front page is sometimes a little cluttered but I’m mostly using the app to search for what I want so it doesn’t effect me mostly.
Overall the app is great for making shopping quick and easy!

My order never arrived

I made an order for delivery under 40mins at 5:41pm. Sent a text with link to track my order for delivery at 6:20pm . Was tracking the order and driver but before 6:20 my order was no longer traceable. Kept checking the map and the ETA time kept changing to 10mins ahead of whatever the time was.
There was no updates from BWS about the status of my order. I tried calling the 1300 contact support phone number but it was after hours. At 6:50 pm my order was cancelled on the tracking link, but I was never notified my text or email by BWS ! I have NO idea whether I have been given a refund or not!
At 8:23 tonight I received an email from BWS saying that my order had been placed and was awaiting to be picked up by a driver and delivered at 6:20🤔😡. I have to try calling support to get a refund tomorrow I guess , but the whole experience is SO DISAPPOINTING.

That truly is a disappointing experience and genuinely sorry to hear about it. I'm hoping that you were able to get onto the customer service number and that they were able to successfully refund the your order. If I had to guess, I would think that someone sent out the wrong order from the store. Thanks for taking the time to leave the review

Gallo Bro’s White Zinfandel

This is my favourite wine. It is the only wine I drink. Unfortunately it is not well known and appreciated. It has a deep flavour that you don’t find in the Roses etc. I live in Darwin and BWS is the only outlet to sell it. Unfortunately they are discontinuing it and this has left me disappointed. I am 71 and this is my treat. I cannot drink more than a bottle a night so the sales are not high enough unless I turn into an alcoholic. Twenty four bottles a month is the best I can do. Please reconsider your decision. A lot of those Roses don’t sell much either but you don’t get rid of them. Please keep my wine in stock.
