Nice fresh Food but……

Just ordered online for a footlong and to be toasted as well as a small veggie Delite with avo salad with extra avo and chili sauce. Got the footlong : not toasted, got the salad : no avo at all and no chili sauce. What is the point of ordering online when your order is wrong. Better to walk off street and order at counter and at least you watch for any mistakes. Regardless food is always fresh and yummy, just disappointed with wrong order and have already driven off.

New app is useless

Subway scrapped the old app and and created a new one which made you sign up again however they clearly didn’t test it properly before releasing as it’s full of bugs- keep getting errors like my order couldn't be processed because I ordered too much and needed to go through catering when I ordered 1 wrap and that was in between the other errors I was getting about order not being able to be processed. I have used it twice now, the first time didn't work at all the second time by navigating passed all the errors and restarting the order I eventually got to put my order thorough, then turned up to collect the order to find out the store never received anything, even they said this was a common issue with the app and not to bother with it, as you still need to line up and order like normal when you get there. The app presentation looks great, however the back end execution is poor and makes me wonder if my personal data stored in the app is even safe.

Can’t checkout

The app will not let me check out. Stating “we have an issue processing your online order today or the maximum quantity of items has been reached.” I have had this issue since this app was released. I have contacted Subway twice as has my local store as well because they’re not receiving any online orders because customers having been able to place an order and no resolution has been made. I have tried other stores and the same issue. It’s really disappointing because I prefer ordering and picking it up for more effective social distancing but also as a healthcare worker it makes my life easier being able to order it and save time when I get to take my lunch break. The old app was fine I don’t know why a new one was made. Can the problems please be resolved.
