App discount

Could. It use discount as it would not accept. Had order ready and tried to use offer, but would apply discount, so just ordered a foot long. A bit frustrating when ordering with app. Have scanned voucher in store and was fine.

Dodgy

The app crashes ALOT
And when it does work it’s kinda a pointless exercise. When I turned up almost 10 minutes after the collection time my order had not even been made… they were out of the bread I had requested. So I had to wait and wait and wait for them to make my order with 1 of the 2 Bread options they had left even though they had 5 hrs trade time left! They don’t handle refunds…
With the amount of information they asked for to join the app you would think they could at least contact you or allow you to cancel or maybe read the order and check you have the stock before accepting it ?

Crappy Functionality

Ever since upgrading to the ‘new’ app, I’ve had issues. From not allowing me to proceed with the order because there are too many items (2 sandwiches 🤦🏼‍♀️), to not allowing payment and getting the 404 error when trying to pay.

The 12 weeks of offers promotion is a great idea for the launch of the app, but can only be used in store or through the app (which doesn’t work properly!) and not through delivery services making it quite limiting if you don’t have a shop up the road to go and get lunch.

I love Subway, but the app needs a major overhaul again!
