Fresh new update but never ordering online

The redesign of the app looks great, I can see my membership status clearly as well as my progress.

But when I first had the new update I am not sure if there were previous offers that were on the old version, I don’t see any offers at all that I’m wondering if something is wrong since the FAQ says it is located on the home page.

When I first ordered online it went smoothly everything went well my order was accurate, food tasted great, but what put a damper on my mood was my membership didn’t work even when I’m signed in it even says on you FAQ that being signed in is all you need for your online order to get points!

I had receipts and there was a section to submit them if you missed scanning your membership when you order but it isn’t even working anymore on the app the link listed send you to an expired servey page, I tried to check on web browser on my laptop on there website and the FAQ section is there but the hyperlink isn’t even there.

Thanks to this app I only missed out around $45 of points on a gold membership, even after submitting a questionnaire a week & half later I have no response from them, so thanks I’ll stick to walk in.

App doesn’t work properly

I was initially excited to see an Oporto app with online ordering and special offers, however, the membership features and app offers don’t work which is really frustrating. On one occasion I drove to an Oporto to claim the Bondi burger from the app, by the time I had finished driving they had changed this offer. Since then there has not been one good deal on this app and the only purpose it has served me is ordering online rather than in person, and this experience was not smooth either making the app virtually redundant. At present this app is wasted space on my phone and will be re-installed later if I hear it has improved, until there’s an overhaul or major update I do not recommend this app as it will simply waste time and you will most likely not gain anything from it. Quite a disappointing failure where many others have done very well.

Also why am I logged out of the app randomly, making the rewards section inaccessible? Very frustrating, you either have very unskilled developers or you’re rushing a team that’s too small and they’re releasing unfinished work.

Would be great if it worked even just once

You can login and that’s it it continues to flail around like it’s on fire. It won’t load food discriptions so you can turn nothing into a mean if the item has option like the crispy strips you can’t even just order them the map continuously refuses to load any of the oportos even if you’re sitting outside one it’s just a grey dot I have never not once been able to use any of my coupons because the app says they are an invalid coupon number but the number was entered by the app I have money sitting in my flame rewards I’ve never been able to use and what worse it takes so long to load no matter what Location so it is not a service issue I’ve never even been able to use the app even just to scan my loyalty as going through drive through. I’d love to love Oporto I know the location near me is struggling I’d love to support them but it’s stupid having an app no one can use
