No receipts available
App is easy to navigate and use. However once the order has been placed you can’t go back and see a receipt for the order. This is frustrating when the store accidentally makes the order wrong and you have nothing to show what you ordered.
New app looks good but lost my rewards
By installing the new app, I lost my reward points and also my birthday free burrito went missing. I contacted customer service but still no response. Wasted a trip to store on my birthday. Shame!
Delicious burritos made easy
I recently downloaded the app and it has made ordering my favourite burritos from my local Mad Max so easy! Very easy to use and looking forward to getting my 10th burrito free.
