Red Rooster 4+

This app is extremely lacking. It’s clunky. Payment options are very limited. I also dislike having no other option but to go instore and pick up my order. When I asked about the issue, I was told it’s the only option. Surely it could be adjusted to be able to pick up through drive thru? Basically if I want to earn rewards points I have to go in - painful and not worth it.
The Maccas app isn’t perfect, but it shines all over this app.

I used your website yesterday and it encouraged me to use the app. I downloaded it and became a loyalty member. I rarely go to Red Rooster but was introduced to your fried chicken recently. Pretty good. I ordered fried chicken on the app at 7pm for in store pickup at Moorebank NSW. When I went in at 705pm they said they ran out of fried chicken. I couldn’t believe it. I ordered it specifically to take to a friends for a few of us to enjoy. How does a chicken shop run out of chicken at 7pm on a Saturday night. I asked the helpful girl if it was a regular thing and she said they don’t cook any more from 7pm as they close at a 8pm and it takes 30 mins to cook. What a crock. You’re a chicken shop. By the way your app and website says the store is open 7 days until 9pm. Regardless, your shouldn’t run out f chicken at 7pm. We did offer tenders instead and gave me 2 for 1 for my troubles. Still not as good as what I wanted. If your chicken shops want to stop cooking chicken so early then maybe update the app and website so customers don’t waste their time.

This app is a scam. They have access to our private information. That may include medical records. Anyone notice they haven’t bothered to fix anything for over a year. Provide dead links to their terms and conditions. Stating we agreed to them by downloading.. access and able to sell our information to third parties (social media and the only clear information is they can’t be heard liable. They void this legally by not providing valid links. And an app that clearly doesn’t work. Red rooster actually states they are not liable due to their developers actions. And u have to go looking for all their terms and conditions. Can’t copy and past legal links telling us what we agree to. Therefore void. Why would u need medical records? It’s illegal. No matter what u say.
