Wind Ready checks forecasts for the wind you want, at your chosen spots, during the hours you’re free. Get Pro alerts when matching opportunities are found, so you can spend less time checking and more time planning your next outing.
Choose the wind that suits your activity:
- For kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing or boating, set a maximum wind speed to look for lighter winds.
- For sailing, windsurfing or kiteboarding, set a minimum wind speed and your preferred direction to find the wind you’re waiting for.

Choose your days and hours. Wind Ready Pro looks for periods when the forecast meets your conditions throughout your selected time.
Browse matching windows up to 14 days ahead, where available, with the best match shown first. Get alerts when new matches are found. If your full period doesn’t match, explore shorter options.

With Pro, connect your calendar to find windows around your synced availability. Matching alerts can then take your free time into account, helping you find opportunities that fit your schedule.

Plan around the tide:
See nearby predicted high and low tide times and heights. Explore a tide curve, check whether the tide is rising or falling, and view predictions alongside your chosen forecast window. Tide information is available where supported, with detailed predictions included in Pro.
