Really good appp
Great app for seeing who’s in your site and what that are looking at. My only suggestion would be to make the text a little larger.
Perfect App
This app super simple to setup and gives me the ability to live chat to my website visitors for FREE!
There is not much you get for free in this world but this just works! Uncomplicated and reliable. I can see where my visitors are being referred from and what they are looking at. I love it!!
Good but can be better
Desk option is super complete, some features are a bit hard to understand or find how to manage, but really complete software.
App version have some bugs. And super limited.
When you change a ticket from open to pending or close, it do not change immediately, you have to close your app and open again to see the status update.
Potential 5 starts but for now 3 is fair.
