So I’ve used Musicnotes for quite a while and it’s been fine but when I purchased (on my windows laptop) and clicked “Print Your Music” it redirected me to a page saying that the link had an incorrect order number and I checked everything again and again and it was fine but I still got that error message so then I just cancelled the order because I didn’t really know what else to do. So then I purchased it on this app hoping this time it would work, well I purchased it and that was that, I don’t know where my song is I’ve looked through my songs library and it’s not there and then I pressed the link to print in my email and it shows up with the same message saying that my link isn’t working :( this is realllllllly frustrating and hopefully they can fix it as I’ve sent them an email but hahdhdjeueuei

Great for viewing music, but I have some ideas to make it better

I use the Musicnotes app at gigs. I take requests at the piano, and I regularly buy a song and sight read it for the first time live at a show. You need to incorporate a D.S. “Straight to the Dal Segno” button. Perhaps even a “back to the repeat sign” button. It’s impossible to navigate back when sight reading a song for the first time. I loathe and despise having the words to the second verse on a separate page. This should never ever happen and this issue needs to be addressed with your copyists / transcribers. There should be a way to comment and suggest edits with your published sheet music.Love my Pro membership. Thanks for providing such a convenient service. Not the cheapest, but by far and away the best. I have literally made hundreds of people smile by performing their favourite song on demand, even if I don’t know it, simply by purchasing the sheet music and instantly downloading it to my iPad.
Glitchy and doesn’t work consistently
Unreliable App for cost
My husband used this app for 2 years and all I would hear is complaints on the glitchiness. Despite this he persisted. Music notes ceased to work when shopping on the app. My husband was given instructions from the ‘support’ team to use the remaining credits online because it was a known error they were apparently attending to (it happened for months). It didn’t work on the website either (my husband sent a screen recording of him following instructions of it not working). Anyway, after weeks of back and forth (including advising support of what songs he was trying to download) his subscription finally ended and they sent their final email: “thank you for contacting us, originally through chat. Currently you are not a Music Pro - Premium -Annual. Once your subscription expires, your pro credits expire as well.” Not an honourable company in our experience and app had potential but let down by poorly resourced support and app updates that don’t work.

It’s great this app best part I print the sheet music then use my phone to listen to the tune as I’ve been playing for about a year this app helped me immensely in learning The Entertainer and Maple Lead Rag, one downside which is not worth demoting a star when I search certain songs on the app they don’t appear but appear on the website. There’s also quite a few songs I couldn’t anything for but to be fair the songs I want to learn are usually quite obscure anyway. Would definitely recommend more than happy with this app! 10/10
