I very much appreciate your awesome vpn service, and all the hard work that has gone into creating the app. I am hoping you guys are able to improve the iPhone’s app & service, hopefully soon. When I connect to PIA via my iPhone 11 on the recent 13.4.1 iOS update, to the Switzerland location, the vpn service continues to drop out every 1-20 minutes until manually re-connected by manually needing to stop the service and re connecting it in-app.It would be great to see a resolution with the constant drop-out issue, hopefully soon.It seems although, that on my iPad Air 1 (the very first Air generation, an older tablet), it keeps the same geographic connection steady and connected, even when not in use (it has not been manually re-connected for quite some time now). This connection on my iPad is very stable, so then the question is, why is the iPhone 11’s vpn connection so unstable? There has got be an issue with the iPhone’s software’s vpn integration, or something to do with the current 13.4 iOS updates, and the PIA app itself. And it could also be due to certain Wifi frequencies or configurations, such as 5Ghz, 2.4Ghz problems, and/or actual ‘Wifi Extender’ frequencies that are used to Extend one’s Wifi signal, which could also be interfering with the vpn configuration, and/or the PIA app. It seems quite a few other people on here are also dealing with the same/or similar issue. This could also be a matter of discussing this with Apple’s software team as well. Thank you guys for all your hard work in making this service so great, as the service is still stable on both my iPad and on the PC, and I look forward to hearing of improvements. Thank you 😊
