Terrible service - doesn’t bother to reply to emails about issues

I have tried multiple times to contact you via email to resolve my issue with verifying my student status. I have tried uploading my student ID multiple times and also provided my confirmation of enrolment and on all occasions I get a generic reply saying it can’t be verified. I have emailed you directly 4 times now over a 2 week period and no one replies to my emails for this to be rectified! What an absolute joke! And there’s no other way I can reach you either. I’m not sure what’s so hard about just responding saying what I need to supply for me to be able to access my account again as that’s all I’m requesting of you.

Feedback re app issue

Recently downloaded the app and was looking forward to using it, but for days the app won’t allow login. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Even on desktop there is nowhere to send ‘other’ feedback via the Help Centre if the topic/article isn’t addressed. This is the message that comes up when I click login on the app:500 Internal Server Errorthen please read this wea application's Lig fileand/or the web server's log file to find out what went wrong.

This app doesn’t allow me to log in or even register new account

I have had this app before with my old phone and it works really well until I change my phone and this app does not allow me to log in. Then I not using this app for 6 months and when I try it again today, I still can’t log in or even try to register a new account. Please do something.
