I’m having same issue, I log in and it states to create my digital member photo and information. When I already had this existing 2 years ago., and I was already on gold member. I can’t even view anything

I’ve found this app pretty helpful but just needs the new iOS 13 update
Is this a joke?
One of the worse apps I’ve ever used. The amount of times I’ve deleted and reinstalled and still get asked to create my membership card is ridiculous. Sort it out please
