iTunes Store 4+

I used to be able to get my CD’s on to iTunes and on to my phone. Now I have to buy all the music again if I want to listen. We have been sucked in yet again.
Just updated my iPhone and notice the only music that transferred to my new phone was the iTunes bought stuff.
Gonna use my old phone as my cars main music storage device. Pain in the axe.

Useless for managing music and other files between computer & ipad. won’t add anything unless EVERYTING is deleted first but doesn’t specify exactly WHAT files it’s interfering with on device! If I’m not syncing books or photos, etc it should not say it’s deleting them from device!!! It uses a clunky interface list instead of allowing selection from a complete list of items that can be sorted & selected by any combination of song, album, genre, artist. It’s either ALL of an artist or ALL of an album, cannot exclude specific songs, or albums from a particular artist and uses a miniature popup window to do it in!!! Bring back itunes, it’s far superior compared to this clunky piece of junk app!

Forcing paying subscribers into subscribing to yet another third party service in order to watch content they had already prepaid to watch as part of a season pass is disgusting. We pre purchased a tv series with a season pass, only to have the series moved to Binge midway through the season. This required us to purchase a second subscription to a third party app called ‘Binge’ in order to view what we had already purchased. Subsequently we will not be purchasing anything else through the AppleTV app. Can’t say this experience will have others happy with Binge either. Very poor customer service and atrocious experience.
