Love the new version - nice work

The new version is much nicer to use. Love improvements related to images in particular. I've noticed an issue that seems perhaps iOS related (old version of your app had this as well as your current) because it's affecting other apps but I'm being asked to login at least once per day on iPhone 6s. Why? 3-4 apps do this but Facebook app never does. Does the login/session info get stored differently in your app and the other 3-4 I have probs with?

College assignment level app

Using this app felt like I was using some college student's assignment app. I think even students can make better app than this. This is the Worst daycare app I've ever seen. Daily chart UX is rubbish, took so much time to understand what was the update. Refreshing time also added up in this confusion as the app is horrible for updating the data. Lot of updates I get the next day because while opening the notification, it doesn't show what's new correctly. Someone's birthday, I got 30 notifications for all d wishes in comments, no way to mute, had to use phone's feature to mute the app updates.
I really can't write all the issues they have. I think the company should scrap this completely nd outsource the app making to some reputed firm. Or if u wanna fix it, APPOINT A UX EXPERT 1ST.
I've used Xplor and had amazing experience in it. Except few "cud b better" things, I loved it so much, data was accurate, the updates were clear, notification showed clear info after phone unlocked, very easy to use app.
If this was my Daycare, I'd stop use of this app right away.

Desperately needs download option

It’s good for day to day use but the lack of ability to download photos and documents means you are unable to save them once your children leave the service using the app. You need to keep the app forever if you want to be able to access them which is a pain when you’re short on space! If I want to delete the app when my kids are at school I have to screen shot everything I want to keep.

It also often take hours (sometimes a whole day) for posts by educators to appear in a parent’s feed. This means you can’t see what your kids are doing during the day, I’ve picked them up long before the posts load.

Thank you for your review of our app in the AppStore, despite being critical of what we offer we do appreciate hearing from you.
We are looking to put in the ability to download photos at the discretion of the childcare provider, it is effectively their content being displayed through our app and we have always been mindful of the issue surrounding group photos where you will be downloading photos of children who are not your own. To date we simply haven't made this process easy despite the fact we can't stop screenshots being taken.
Regarding the delay between posts appearing in the feed and when they were created, we offer educators the ability to create a post without sharing it with family, this gives them time to piece together various aspects of what they are trying to capture/document. When they are ready they can then share this with family. Posts are instantaneous, our mistake with family feeds is showing the date the post was created and not when it was shared with you. This will be amended over the course of updates due over the next few months.
