Frustrating
I would love to enrol my daughter, but I am finding your HelloHub very bug-gy. I have constant issues with your app. It has less than a two star rating on Apple Store, so I suppose others have had the same experience. It’s the most frustrating app. I am constantly caught in one place, unable to return to a previous page. The problem doesn’t even resolve when I delete to app from my Home Screen and then reload it. I am forever stuck at ‘notices’. Cannot view any of my child’s photos. Also very convoluted enrolment process for holiday bookings.
Just terrible
So disappointed our school has chosen to use this app. It’s hopeless! On iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 14 pro (and possibly others) the back button just doesn’t work so you need to shut down the app and restart it to get out of certain sections. Come on guys, spend some dev time and money on this horrendous app!
Very Behind
It’s frustrating to me that HubHello doesn’t know how to make their website functional for a mobile view. Get a new web designer to help you with this flaw.
