You can't save photos to your photo roll, replying to posts is difficult, but the worst thing is the app logs you out after just a few minutes all the time. While you can share a login with another caretaker, it's disappointing that you can't create multiple users/ logins linked to the same child. I tried to find a link on the Australian website to provide this feedback privately but couldn’t locate it, so I’m leaving this review in the hopes that the developers can make some improvements.

Please make fixing the constant logging out a priority. Why even have us set up a login pin and allow us to use face ID if you’re just going to say “session expired” after a few minutes and require us to log in again? Such basic UX/UI stuff. I constantly get notifications from my child’s daycare and can never bear to even try to look because it’s so infuriating.

This app is frustrating on many levels. The constant log outs are one. The login page doesn’t work with 1Password, making the problem worse. The items are hard to find, I have no idea how to book a casual day on the phone (I can on the website), and the pages to set up direct debit are not there for me
