Version 2.5.9
We are thrilled to bring you the latest update to our app, which includes new features, enhancements, and general improvements.
Enrolment Form Integration:
The standard HubHello enrolment form, already accessible on the web app, is now available within the mobile app. Parents with active children attending services can now easily access and complete enrolment forms directly from their mobile devices.
Waitlist Registration Form Integration:
The standard HubHello waitlist registration form, already accessible on the web app, is now available within the mobile app. Parents with active waitlist children attending services can now easily access and complete waitlist forms directly from their mobile devices.
2nd Parent / Guardian Invitation and Access:
You can now invite a second parent or guardian and assign them customisable privileges to access HubHello. The invitation and access functionality, previously only available via a web browser, is now also available within the mobile app.
Improvements:
User Interface Streamlining: We've streamlined the navigation by consolidating three menus into two, enhancing ease of use and accessibility, particularly for mobile users. This change simplifies your experience, making it more intuitive to find what you need.
Educate Enhancements: We've improved the views for Observations, Cycle of Planning, and Program Planning. Parents can now effortlessly track and engage with their child's progress by accessing these features through the Educate program icon/button.
General Performance and Security: We've implemented various stability, performance and security improvements to ensure a smoother and more reliable user experience.
Ratings and Reviews
The worlds worst app
This has got to be the worlds worst app. Buggy, limited basic functionality and only one parent can have access via the mobile app even though both have log ins. Something so basic that should work. Could not recommend less.
Frustrating
I would love to enrol my daughter, but I am finding your HelloHub very bug-gy. I have constant issues with your app. It has less than a two star rating on Apple Store, so I suppose others have had the same experience. It’s the most frustrating app. I am constantly caught in one place, unable to return to a previous page. The problem doesn’t even resolve when I delete to app from my Home Screen and then reload it. I am forever stuck at ‘notices’. Cannot view any of my child’s photos. Also very convoluted enrolment process for holiday bookings.
Rubbish website and app
Hubhello on their mobile site is already rubbish and has terrible UX/UI. But their app... it's completely useless. Cant log in/access it as the app only allows one/main parent to use it to access our child's information. Which doesnt make sense considering that the website allows 2 logins for our child. Honestly just really useless and terrible UX/UI in their whole system/site/brand.
