Big fail since the latest update
Since the latest update a few weeks ago, the wait to import photos has become very complicated and time consuming. Having to upload photos first to then add to your post. And... no option to re-upload later. You have to crash the app and re-start

Hi there, we implemented the background upload of images so educators could continue writing their observations and not have to wait, this is also dependant on your upload wifi/4g speed. Usability issues and buggy
We find the app non intuitive to use. The little dot navigation thing is horrible. Also several bugs in the workflow. Like getting a notification and it opening to the last post not the post the notification is for. Or trying to leave a comment to an incident report and the text box being too big for the phone screen and then also this messes up the ability to find the save button. So can’t sign the incident report if leaving comments. Can’t save photos.
Generally the app is not easy to use.
Don’t know which is the new post or comments
The biggest problem with this app is not knowing which is the latest or new post. I understand there are some posts which are deemed important so pushed to the top of the feed. But everytime I get a notification for a post I have to read every post till I get to the post which is new / haven’t read.
I believe there should be a flag to indicate this is new since you last refreshed the feed.
