I can’t find a way to set a default, Car.

I have two Land Rovers. Each time I go into the application. It has returned to the car that I don’t usually drive. I would like to know if there is a way to set the default car, or at least change it. They seem to Display in the order and which they were added.I’m reluctant to remove then re-add the cars as I had have some problems in the past.

I tried sending an email to the Support link from the application. That email bounced. I suspect you need to update your Support email link.

Connectivity Issues with Latest Update

I have been experiencing significant connectivity issues with the latest version of the Range Rover remote app released three weeks ago. The app fails to refresh the vehicle’s status after being parked overnight, consistently showing a ‘last updated 12 hours ago’ message in the morning. This issue started around June 13th and has persisted since.

Before this update, the app worked fine. I was able to start the vehicle in the morning before going to the office to set the climate. I had my service done a week ago, and a week before that, I was overseas, so the problem seems to be tied directly to the recent app update.

Please look into these issues and provide a fix in the next update. This feature is crucial for maintaining convenience and comfort.

JLR could be great but..

There is a lot of talk about JLR being unreliable cars, I would say the cars are pretty much manufactured fine but the cheap labour unskilled staff (yet highly expensive to customers) in their service centres let them down. A JLR mechanic in Australia literally knows nothing about cars or technology. So my car stopped getting updates well over a year ago. And no JLR staff in Australia even acknowledges that there is a version 4 of pivo pro. They deny it, even though it’s on their website. Great cars but they let themselves down with technology at the final hurdle. This app reflects that. Very limited features. I will give it a credit for the location checking. I broke down in the middle of nowhere and it gave me a bit of comfort this app that I could check that no one had fixed my car and stolen it.
