By searching ‘near me’ or via an address, the nearest charge station will be displayed with key features such as location and opening hours.⁴

Using voice command, the app and multimedia work in harmony to offer you personalised and intuitive experience.⁵
REGISTRATION AND ENROLMENT PROCESS:
1. Download the app.
2. Create an account using your name, email address and phone number.
3. Verify your account through an activation code sent to your email.
4. Add your vehicle VIN.
5. Select a preferred dealer and nickname for your car (optional).
6. Select and activate your connected services.
7. Accept the connected services agreements.
8. Perform in vehicle authentication to enable remote features

Ratings and Reviews
Room for improvement
This app needs a lot of work. It’s very slow to load. Sometimes it can’t communicate with the car. It uses custom interface elements that make it hard and slow to use. Many of the notifications are too generic (eg “multiple vehicle alerts”). They need to be more specific. Additionally alerts and some information refers to the model of the car. It should use the nickname. Two cars. Same model. Impossible to tell apart in notifications.

Disappointing App Experience for Lexus Owners
As a Lexus owner since March of this year, I've had a rather disappointing experience with the accompanying mobile app. Despite its promises of convenience, the app falls short in crucial areas, leaving much to be desired.
First and foremost, the inability to control essential features like the windows and sunroof directly from the app is a significant letdown. One would expect such basic functionalities to be integrated seamlessly, enhancing the overall driving experience. Instead, the app feels limited and lacking in utility.
Moreover, the lack of options to monitor consumption adds to the frustration. In today's world, where data and insights are valued more than ever, the absence of this feature is glaring, especially when compared to similar apps offered by competitors.
While I genuinely enjoy driving my Lexus, I can't help but feel that the app's shortcomings detract from the overall ownership experience. As a loyal customer, I sincerely hope that Lexus takes note of these shortcomings and works towards improving the app's functionality.
In conclusion, while the Lexus driving experience remains unparalleled, the accompanying app fails to live up to expectations. Here's hoping for swift and meaningful improvements that will enhance the ownership experience for all Lexus enthusiasts
Useful but lacks a few features found in the Euro counterparts
Whilst being grateful to have the app there are some areas that need fixing
The apple watch is supposed to be compatible but does not install and would be very useful and offer great convenience
The push notifications include excessive overspeeed event notifications that cannot be removed from notifications or cleared from the log.
Fuel capacity remaining in volume or percentage would be very useful though the gauge is OK
Hope to see some fixes to make the experience even more enjoyable
