Have open the app previously, went to login today while checking in at Wyndham- Port Douglas not working. Have deleted the app and now trying to download the app with no luck???????

App apparently recently updated but things won’t load, clunky, messy, much like their website. It gets worse with each update.
Would be good if someone who actually uses the app took the time to actually create a user friendly efficient app that works. No wonder ratings are dropping. It doesn’t deserve 1 star cos it’s become more useless over time, but I’m forced to give it 1 star to give it a rating.
Much like the Club Wyndham app that they started a few years ago. Given up due to lack of interest (their own interest and business). I now go elsewhere for my business and spend my hard earned $ elsewhere. You’ve missed the boat yet again wyndham

We’re sorry you’re experiencing issues with the app. We have now updated the app. Can you please check the app store for the latest update to the app. If you are still experiencing issues, please follow the below steps to troubleshoot the issue;

1. Force the app to close and then reopen. Then open the app to see if it's working as expected.
2. Restart your device. Then open the app to see if it's working as expected.
3. Check for updates - To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labelled "Update available”. Tap Update.
4. Delete the app, then download it again. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.
