Liftango 4+

PLEASE FIX THE REPEAT RIDE FUNCTIONALITY

This app was bearable when the repeat ride button worked, as you could do a weeks ride shares in one go.
For the last 6 months the button no longer works and it means each time you need to use the app you are stuck doing each ride individually which takes so much time. Would give a good 4/5 stars if this feature was fixed.

Better Experience

With previous apps I have had a bad exeprience trying to find other carpooling partners - even though can be at different times than I requested, the app still gives me the next best options, and I have ended up with a few long term carpool partners!

Not helpful

There is no option to just look at the rides available so you are not able to be flexible with when you leave - just have to enter the time you want to leave and then hope the app has an exact match. Makes carpooling harder rather than easier and there is no friendly community feeling that would normally come if people were actually able to connect and work out each other’s needs. Would not recommend at all.

The presentation of rides and other user-specific information currently reflects the concerns of both our clients and ourselves, with the privacy and security of our users and their movements being paramount. That said, you will be given as many carpooling options as are available to you when creating a ride request, including those that would require some flexibility in your own planned trip times.

If you are willing to try again, there are a number of ways in which you can maximise your chances of finding a suitable carpooler, especially if your circumstances - or those of the private carpooling network to which you belong - might currently be making this difficult.
