Can you also update gas consumption to be daily use?
Hi, I have seen the app is quite helpful to track daily usage for electricity of the house. However, there is no daily tracking for the gas services. I would really be appreciated if it is upgraded with that version. Thanks.
Monthly Billing
In this day & age you still don’t have monthly billing, just something you call even pay, which is just a guess over 3 months. Give us monthly billing to help with payments.
UI is busy and not relevant
Your call centre doesn’t know there’s an app.
Why would they the data available is pedestrian at best and the overall start to working with you is flawed by numerous errors around communication.
Your UI is very “noisy” lacks clarity and the data contained is average at best. Unless you’re an energy employee how the F am I meant to work out what I’m spending to see if you are cheaper than my last provider?
They should me usage in dollars and kws so it was very easy and clean to follow. Your screens are overloaded with information that makes it harder to navigate and then ends up telling you nothing like a lengthy convo with a toddler.
So far regretting moving across.
