Hi there, thank you for your feedback. You can link multiple accounts, including different fuels (gas and electricity) at the same property, from the My Profile screen. Multiple accounts can be toggled from the banner at the top of the App. Thanks - Andrea
App lacking
This app has to be one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever used. All I want to do is pay my bill. It never recognises my user name or password. So I change my user name and password. The app doesn’t recognise that either. Then when the app finally lets me in, it rejects my payment. Watch Tango get itself in a tizzy though when the account falls overdue 😡👎🏽

Needs further development
I have electricity & gas but app only displays the electricity account. Why not both? Also the main reason I wanted the app was to monitor energy usage but the app only shows 10 months history which is less than displayed on my energy bill emailed to me.

Hi Josh, thanks for your review. You can link multiple accounts, including gas and electricity at the same property from the My Profile screen. Your multiple accounts can be toggled from the banner at the top of the App.
This should display up to 24 months of usage data. If there is an issue with only partial data being presented, please email us at support@tangoenergy.com. Thanks - Andrea
