CDS Vic North, powered by Visy, simplifies your refund experience through our user-friendly app. Receive a 10-cent refund for each eligible can, carton, or bottle you return, through Victoria’s Container Deposit Scheme.
Customise your refund preference using your unique Zone ID, you can choose to receive vouchers, a bank transfer or PayID, or donate to a variety of charities and community groups. The app also allows you to effortlessly manage your account, explore donation options, and review your transaction history. Refunds made easy with CDS Vic North.

Just as long as you remember the app blogs out… And you log back in while you’re in the queue it’s okay
App good, like to see new improvements and features
The app works fine with me, the only I am getting is that it signs me out randomly, which I need to resign in again. I would like to see a new UI of the app as I saw how the East and West side looks and they look better. A new feature I would like to see is added Apple Wallet feature, where is have my barcode while having other necessary info like user name, app name and if it is North, West or East, so that we don’t have to always open the app, especially those who lost access to their account but the account is still active and all that.
Won’t even let me log in
Set up an account, waited a few days to make sure the account had the time to be fully set up (heard that was an issue for some people, that they had to wait a few days after activating an account before they could log into the app), installed the app, tried to log in and it simply wouldn’t let me. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app a few times, made absolutely sure I was using the correct password and email, and still nothing. Sent an email about the issue 2 months ago and have yet to recieve a reply.
