Love the flexibility of Mable!

After the initial hurdle of getting all the ‘paperwork’ in online (understandably with all the responsibilities!) the Mable app is so easy to use and I love the flexibility of working through Mable, setting your own rates and finding your own clients! Great for work/life balance!
They were also great with helping me out over the phone with getting started and the initial ‘paper’ work online!

App is great! reason I gave it a 4/5 stars is because of a few things. First it doesn’t support Face ID so I have to manually login in everytime I open the app which is annoying by especially when you’re getting a notification about a job you’re wanted to apply for but it takes so long to login that when you finally get into the app there’s already 5-10 applications to said job making your chances of getting the job unlike successful.

Lately it has been logging me out every time I close the app and when opening it it tells me “access denied” but then I enter my login and I’m in🤷🏻‍♀️

Another thing is the billing/invoices tab. Support workers should be able to have access to edit and or delete/cancel invoices after they’ve been submitted and/or sent for payment. Because we are human and sometimes mistakes happen and need to amend an invoice but can’t unless Mable does it from their end manually which if it’s during the weekend no one is able to help you until Mon because they don’t work in the weekend.

Would be nice for these to be considered for a better app experience moving forward for users. Especially support workers.

Other than those things I find using the app pretty easy even a non tech savvy person can navigate without any issues.

Needs a lot of improvements

This applies for the desktop site and the mobile app. I've revelry started as a support worker for Mable and have observed a list of needed improvements - no option to shortlist potential clients/jobs - no option to remove jobs you've applied for but have been filled by someone else/expired - most recent applied jobs not at the top of "applied" list - profile photo quality very poor - no option to search for only "once-off" or "last minute" jobs - no public holiday rates option - last minute jobs showing on mobile app but not desktop site - last minute job accepted offers not going through to clients, "error: unable to perform action" then when cancelling the job disappears altogether (I just lost two jobs because of this) I'd really like some confirmation that this is being looked into
