MaintainX Work Orders 4+

This app is great for building a facility maintenance plan.. It is reliable, easy to use and interfaces across the mobile application (making asset management so much easier) through to the desk top kiosk. It is very customisable and so easy to assign photos and documents to individual files. The asset register is fantastic and the work order system helps to make preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance tasks a breeze. Staff now can easily add and track their maintenance requests. Includes a great vendor data base section which makes it easy to assign work orders as required and set the level of priority. The QR barcode generator and reader for scanning individual assets, certainly helps to speed up workflows. Highly recommended and well worth the subscription.

Downloaded this CMMS knowing nothing about it. I think having a app and website based program free for 1 month is awesome. The additional costs you can pay monthly so even if I don’t like it after a few months nothing really lost except all the work I have started to pour into this program. This is simple to use which is good for me as I have a lot of older generation needing to use this. I have a lot to learn and I hope the team can help with any thing I need.

In our industry like many others preventative maintenance is keep to the success of the business.
Since starting with MaintainX at the beginning of 2020 our breakdowns have been minimal compared to the previous year and all equipment is in better working order than before.
It is very user friendly, adding work orders is simple and easy to to make and track.
Features such as, work orders, pictures/ videos, scheduling, metering, parts, vendors, tags, locations, all make this app the best as far as we are concerned.

Customer service is also great! We received a phone call after we downloaded to see if we needed assistance setting up, also some emails later to see if we wanted to request features in the next update.
