More hassle than it’s worth
Unfortunately this app doesn’t work very well. When it’s up and running it’s great(or though just really a place to see upcoming appointments, as the re schedule functions don’t work either) log ins are a nightmare and often have to change my details
Badly designed
The actual information in the app once set up is great and clear. However, setting up is a nightmare, especially trying to put in birthdates. My year was on the third row, but the app only shows the first 2 rows and wouldn’t let me go down. I found a way around it by putting in a month in the year before and then pressing across until it moved to my month and year. My daughters was impossible to put in as the days also only showed the first two rows and her birthday is at the very end of the month. The other problem I find is that just randomly the app doesn’t like pressing enter after the pin, if you go to the next screen to password there is no way to get back to the pin screen. So great idea but needs some actual work on the actual usage of the app.

Really handy Information in one place
With numerous appointments and some switching to phone appointments and some face to face, this really helps to clarify up to date information. I have had a few occasions where the letter received by mail doesn’t have the correct information on there regarding the meeting type. Happy to see this kind of information available electronically now
