The app is alright but there’s room for improvement. I have an older iPhone and the text falls out of the button in two instances and the copy for the confirm appointment could be clearer. It says that my time slot is confirmed but then I still have to press the confirm again to actually confirm it.

Oh it would also be great if it could auto select your default clinic, or push it to the top of the drop down menu, or if you could use your active location/type it in manually rather than having to scroll through the entire list to find your usual clinic

... but the new update takes the cake. I even found the feedback option in the app to explain the issues I found with the new version and it doesn’t work!! There is a small box to type your feedback where
I could only fit 2 short sentences and then clicked the submit button and nothing happens!!

When I launched the new version it says “Hi undefined”. Nothing makes you feel more important than being called undefined.

I can’t seem to log into my account from the old version so that I can see the appointment history and details from the past appointments for my family.

My biggest complaint with the old version was how poor the functionality is when booking an appointment (it was very clear that the developers do not use the app themselves to book appointments regularly to the same practice as they would see the issue). In the new version I was hopeful that this function had been improved. I tried it and when I clicked on “book appointment “ and then went to select a practice and it says “no practices available “. Seriously how could you release an app that you can’t even book an appointment?!

I have complained to the medical centre before about this app but will be complaining again after this experience.

I Came down with mastitis and as anyone who has had it before it hits you like a brick wall. So I couldn’t get up and go see a doctor for a script with 4 week old twins and a toddler. I contacted Dr Afshan Rahman who consulted with me and provided a script my husband then went to pick up my script and had a lot of trouble with the chemist. Dr Afshan went above and beyond to help sort it out she emailed the script to them and called them. I would recommend her and the app to everyone especially with kids. Unfortunately it’s not bulk billed anymore except for a few exceptions.
