Trying to login for the first time using my already-setup email address. It won’t let me paste my email address or password from my password manager app (well, actually it does let me paste, but the pasted text goes into a black hole), so I have to type them in manually, and for the email address field it doesn’t even change to the email-friendly keyboard. Then it wants me to select traffic lights in Google Captcha photos. Did no one with an iPhone even test this?

Useless app... Repeatedly says “Sorry there has been a glitch. Try later”!

Useless App. After logging in, the Dashboard only shows the headings, with no account details or $. Clicking on menu/activity and all other menu options responds with “Sorry there has been a glitch. Please try again later “! which I’ve been trying several times a day for over a week now. It appears that the app is failing to save the account number between screens, hence the error... “Sorry there has been a glitch” Suggest you decommission the app until you can get it to work!

Worst app ever

How many times do you need to log in with your email. With your password. To say yes I’d love to use a pin, so Re-enter the same pin. Again and again. And say yes I’d love to activate face recognition. Because the next time you go to log in, it has NEVER asked for a pin, nor ever shown me it it is even capable of Face ID. Just trying to check my balance is SO FRUSTRATING it’s ridiculous. Please fix this— your phone service with Merced is outstanding, but this app is truly BAD.
