Expect more from a multi-billion dollar business
Very clunky app. Many dead-ends that require you to quit the app and re-open it. If they can’t get an app this basic right, then you have to wonder what they are doing with your superannuation....
Useless app... Repeatedly says “Sorry there has been a glitch. Try later”!
Useless App. After logging in, the Dashboard only shows the headings, with no account details or $. Clicking on menu/activity and all other menu options responds with “Sorry there has been a glitch. Please try again later “! which I’ve been trying several times a day for over a week now. It appears that the app is failing to save the account number between screens, hence the error... “Sorry there has been a glitch” Suggest you decommission the app until you can get it to work!
Only good for one super account
This app does not let me check both my Mercer Super accounts. I have to completely remove all login information (including Touch ID and device PIN) before I can enter the new login details for my other account. Surely there must be an easier way?
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
