Works fine for me

I mostly use Excel in Windows all day, where it is much easier, quicker to get stuff done and has all the functionality - compared to the Mac version. Understandable being a Microsoft native app. The keyboard shortcuts and UI features are tailored for Windows use.

Having said that, I've never had any real issues with the Mac 365 version when I've used it, apart from having to slightly reporgram my finger-muscle-memory to press different "action" keys that are chaged between Win and Mac versions. I don't use much of the deep-advanced-functions that are not in the Mac version. Any that I do rely on, I do that work in Windows.

I've been a 365 customer for several years and have none of the activation issues that others have mentioned here in the feedback. It works for me seamlessly across Win, Mac, iOS platforms.

Could have been a 5 * but...

ongoing problems citing a circular reference in cells containing the basic formula of =TODAY() to automatically infill todays date in varoius tabs. In instances where this incorrectly identified error has shown up in the past it forbodes a terminal event for the file in question. That being the outright failure of the file in question. That being the entire worksheet is eventually flagged as corupted by MS Excell. A situation which not only rendders the current version unable to be opened & rectified. It unfortunately does the same to several previous saved versions of the file. As I use this particular spreadsheet to analise my stock trading the implications of such an error would be financially devistating. As such I have been forced to back up my data in a program I have no experience using (Apple's 'numbers') in case this file folllows suit with past presentations of the 'error'. Not exactly the formula (love the pun!) for customer retention wouldn't you say? I understand this isn't exactly the forum for feedback but I the hope it is picked up by the softwares creators....What do you have to say about it Microsoft?

I have used Excel spread sheets for the past 28 years, 12 in military service the remainder in retirement.
The most prominent feature for me is the versatility from accounting through Quarter mastering to home budget and most recent music. Much has been simple and routine but all have had wide use, currently I am looking for more notation such as sharps flats and the rest and sure it will be there as I progress.
Thank you for your interest.
