TMI wanted

I noticed the reviews stating the sign up process was too long, and the developers reply states now just a 2 step process- but you still want a great lot of information including a photo - this is a huge security issue with facial recognition identity theft, this is so wrong! Could be a great resource but poorly executed, and what does it matter where the money comes from - other than to jack up prices for people with differing funding streams: seems too much like price gauging. You really need to consult more with end users, not just contractors and large service providers.

Great app

Saw the try us for free promo and decided to give it a go. There was a bit of information up front but pretty standard these days.

I’m a happy customer as I found a fantastic support worker. Best part was being able to see people who are available when I need them rather then wasting time with others who are not. I’m plan managed so the thought this would be a bit tricky but all went smoothly with my plan manager, and my support worker has been paid quickly which is good for everyone

Should not have to provide so many personal details upfront

Your update for signing up, as you’ve mentioned in another comment, had not been simplified to two simple steps, you still require all personal details to be provided upfront. I want to browse your app before I choose to become part of your service! That should be offered! I am an allied health worker, so the longer you refuse to allow browsing prior to providing personal details, to more you will lose valuable services that could be provided.
