Great app, freezes a bit though...
This is so great to have so much control of the microphone! Great job!
Only issue right now is when I leave the app for anything and try come back in the main page freezes and I can’t change the Mic settings, so then I have to close and open the app. Please fix this ASAP!!
Doesn’t work with Facebook live
Currently having a problem where it doesn’t auto detect Facebook live. If I use the app with the MVi it turns on and works. Same if I use it with the camera on the phone. When I use video in Facebook it’s not detecting. It’s worked fine for the last couple 3 months, but for the last 2 weeks not at all. I thought it may have been a faulty lead, so invested time today to check, and it’s not.
I’ve tried recording on the Shure app, and while it’s running switch to Facebook live to try to ‘trick’ it to say on. I get a picture but haven’t checked to see if the audio is there as well. (I have a feeling an iPhone won’t send the sound to two sources at once- but i will check this next)
To much fussing about for something that should just work. There’s no button to ‘force’ it to turn on, so if the auto switching doesn’t work, your stuffed.
I would add a manual switch and then this device would be bomb proof :) at the moment it’s a fail
