There are currently two M1 apps available — My M1 and My M1+. For a seamless mobile experience, please take note of the following:

- Customers on M1 Bespoke Plans should use My M1+ app to manage your account for your new plan.
- If you are a postpaid or Fibre Broadband customer, please continue using My M1 app.

Probably the worst app in SG

I might be exaggerating re it being the worst in Singapore, but it is 100% the worst app on my phone - it’s just that I am stuck with having to use it as M1 customer. It is an infuriating app to use.

Do you want to see you bill? - app gets stuck in ‘Still Loading’

Do you want to save credit card for future use? - app get stuck in ‘Still Loading’

Do you want to set up auto payment? - app get stuck in ‘Still Loading’

... I think you get the general trend here. The only thing this app works for is telling you when your bill is overdue (no it can’t tell you when it soon to be due) and paying the bill (although you can’t actually see the bill before you pay it).

Laggy and full of bugs

I only have 3gb of data a month, so i check my data usage daily to make sure i wont exceed my data usage - but the app is so glitchy and full of bugs and errors that does not allow me to even load the first page. App is also not very friendly for things like adding extra data.

Infuriating

Try to view my bill and as per other reviews it gets stuck in “still loading“. As you would expect there is no comment from M1 to explain why this is happening.

Hi Ockatoo, as there are multiple login option via app, please ensure the correct M1 ID (email address) login is entered to view bill and manage all your services registered under your NRIC. If you are login via M1 ID, you will be able to click and view your bill directly without re-login prompt. Please try again and let us know if this is not the case - Sam
