App doesn’t work. ‘Error Occurred’
Downloaded the app for pay GST on a package because you can’t do it online, only via SAM machine, at a Post Office or via the app.
Logged in, was sent an OTP and each time I enter the OTP, I get a ‘Error occurred. Please Try again’ message. Frustrating.
Can never receive email OTP
Trying to pay for GST via the app and the email OTP was never sent, no matter how hard I tried to resend. Very disappointing
Doesn’t work, just like their delivery service
Why else would you try find an app to try and find your missing post, Anything going via SP will disappear into a black hole of parcels and arrive 2 to 3 months later. I’m not surprised the App is dysfunctional too, very poor! zero stars all round!
