Ratings and Reviews
Wait icon bug
I use the tuckshop section to order my kid’s lunch. The app works ok, but there is always a wait icon spinning in the middle of the screen on every page while selecting my order, confirming it - even on the “done” page. This has been happening since I started using it (maybe a year?) and I even emailed support but they didn’t fix it. Once you’ve worked out it doesn’t actually mean you need to wait, it doesn’t seem to affect functionality but it’s just irritating and makes the app feel buggy.
Can’t register account
This would have to be one of the worst apps of ever encountered in my life. It is impossible to find out your parent ID and because they have somehow got a register of my previous email address it won’t let me send an email to them and they 1300 number doesn’t work.
Definitely the most frustrating account registration process i’ve encountered for a long time and the contact us side of the app is an absolute joke.
Looks like will be packing the kids lunches for the rest of their school life.
Qkr is much better
MySchoolConnect used to work fine, but then the date and recess/lunch options in the tuckshop kept disappearing whenever I touched the screen. Additionally, every time I enter the tuck shop it always has some stupid “my school credit” top up popup. Overall this app is awful
